My name is Eryk Warchulski and I am employed as an assistant at Artificial Intelligence Division which is a part of the Computer Science Institute at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology. I'm pursuing my PhD in Computer Science under the supervision of Jarosław Arabas. My research focuses on global optimization, evolutionary strategies, benchmarking, and the cornerstones of my PhD are CMA-ES and its step-size adaptation policies.
Besides university activities, I work as a software engineer in the domain of industrial IoT applications.
